This is a simple and inexpensive way to bring down your ceiling. Hang plastic trick or treat lanterns from the ceiling at varying heights. Pictured above are those typical plastic pumpkin pails... just spray paint them the color of your event or multiple colors. The possibilities are endless. If you are getting really adventures you can cut out the face of the jack-o-lantern and place a battery operated candle and light your party by hanging jack-o-lanterns.

Transform your windows this Halloween season by adding "temporary" valences and molding to your windows or you can make these crepe paper curtains. Both would be perfect for the Halloween season.
